“ OMG, I LOVE THIS PLACE! I went in today to pick up an order for a friend's kid, but left with a small sample since I have never been in there or eaten there. I think I would recommend just about anything on the menu. I tested both briskets, the pulled chicken, and pulled pork. I tested both the chicken and pork in the sauces: texas twang, GA mustard, SC zing, Smokey mountain, and Memphis belle. The brisket is great by itself, but it's great in the Texas twang (one of my favorites. The other is the sc one). Cornbread is great too. I will most certainly be back. Staff was phenomenal too. Very friendly, willing to give you info on sauces, how they do the meat (smoking it, etc), and tell you what you need to know for the best experience. Aiden was helpful when I called the order in too. They'll make you laugh, feed you, and inform you. Great job! ”
“ This has been on our list of local gems for a while now, and I have to say, 5/5 experience. From the charismatic, friendly, and absolute expertise of the staff, and you can genuinely tell they love their jobs, which is rare to find these days especially in the fast casual dining industry. The food was incredibly delicious, ribs were fall of the bone and so tender. Portions sizes were generous, and for the price and quality, absolutely zero complaints from me! The Mac was amazing, fries well seasoned and cooked great, and absolutely LOVED the decor/environmental feel of the restaurant. I love their mission, and the patriotism is such a breath of fresh air in this world today. I love their entire mission, focusing very much on respecting to those who served (thank you so incredibly much for fighting for this beautiful country of ours & your service ), and Hometown Hero’s who work incredibly hard to keep us safe. “ Just ate here with my family on a road trip and holy smokes! (Pun intended) The food was so good! The turkey was perfectly cooked, the brisket, chicken, and ribs were excellent, and the sides hold their own! The fries, broccoli salad, corn bread, and green beans will not disappoint! There's not a bad sauce in the bunch, either. With food this good maybe it's no surprise that the service matched! Everyone was so nice, happy, checked on us repeatedly, and thanked us as we left! “ Staff has been extremely polite. I feel very welcome here. I have been stopping thru every Monday. Try something new every time. Been eating here for months now. So basically eating ribs or brisket. I may try the new special next. And always very quick. This is why I am able to stop weekly. I am in and out with a full tank In 30 min or less. “ A restaurant with a sense of pride and patriotism and honoring first responders. They specialize in barbecued meats and dishes that compliment it. I have been numerous times and the pulled pork and beef brisket are absolutely delicious. Each and every time I have been there. The macaroni and cheese and peach cobbler are two excellent sides to get. They honor local first responders and military servicemen by hanging portraits that families love once up on the wall. National anthem sung everyday at noon. The service is quick. They cook all the food in their smoker and then cut it and to serve it fresh. A variety of barbecue sauce is available at each table. Always kept in a clean, hygienic manner. ”
“ In my two visits to this location, bringing a group of disabled Veterans for dinner, I have been thoroughly impressed with the staff. The staff's gratitude and appreciation to each and every one of our Veterans was genuine and thoughtful. They saw to EVERY need, and were enormously helpful throughout our entire dinner, from the moment we walked in to seeing us on our way out. The Veterans raved about the food and the comfort and fun shared during the visit. I would like to share a special shout-out to Amber, who went out of her way to make the experience extra special and was entirely earnest in her gratitude to the Veterans. I felt like she treated our Vets as her own family, not just customers. She is the GOAT. And on top of all that... the food! Everything I try is phenomenal. This place has the secret sauce (best service and best food), and I couldn't ask for anything more or different. ”

“ I wish i could give service 6 stars. The entire staff so far has been awesome. The food is good too. But if youre a southerner who wants a taste of home, go get their cornbread. It is the real deal southern sweet cornbread. The brisket and turkey are texas style and really good too. The jalapeno and cheese sausage is superb. But the corn bread... is the real star. And with their service at this location, it is my new goto when im in town. ”
